so calm so peace,
in the womb as i sleep.
90 days of my growth,
still to grow,still to grow.
i feel the love i feel it in
but everything soon,came to still.
the door of my room, was opened soon
and was brought to the world
that was my own too
But things did’nt went,
the way the should have been
as i was soon packed in a polythene
saying my birth was a sin
they threw me out in a dustbin
i felt the sharp teeth on my skin
and was torn into pieces bit by bit…
eaten away by carnivores
my existence in the world
was no more…
with pain and questions embeded in heart
my soul and body go apart
i wander still around to be heard
“was my being a girl a burden on earth ?”
I think the killing of girl child is one of the most heinous crimes that one can commit, worst part about the whole situation is that sometimes the unwanted daughter becomes the savior!!!!!!THINK INDIA THINK!!!!!!!
The worst of the worst is people with their age old customs still think sons as their name bearer ..that son whom we can see kiking out their parents from their house taking away the property amd their way of living…..and the ir daughterw whome they had treated as secondary be their supporting hand
the worst thing on this earth is killing of girl child!
people with out any fear say that they don’t want a girl ..!! women them selves are in support of killing the girl who is in her womb.. !
i dont understnd ! if we worship lordness durga, sarswati, kali etc. then WHY we kill a girl?
is dis what we call culture ??
we need to wake our selves as well as those who follow dis type of cultue !! If there has to be change then it must take all the members of society! that change which is jst for you n me is of no use .. evry one need to think n understand that we do need a STRONG CHANGE !!

The thing of metropolitan cities women who kill their girl child in womb is that they know what a girl faces what nirbhaya faced any girl can face they do not want their child to face that and lose them and importantly they do want their child to face the humility torture molestation that the victim face ….excluding those orthodox ppl kiling girls ,..this is the reason thy dont want to bring their girl to this cruel world
if they don not want their child to face problems then they will kill them? is it the only solution ??
nirbhaya was very inteligent girl .. n we have many tallented girls in our country bt jst bcoz of sum people having tirffic mindeset the girls need to sit at home .! why kill girl n make her safe ? why not make world a better place ???
We can give punishment but who will change psychology of these monstors and the gov wont ever make any lawa as our lawmakers are involved in these crime nexus
I am very glad to be a student of Study Hall because our school is fighting against women rights!!! After the dreadful Delhi gang rape case the whole of India has got scared. The 23 year old girl was battling for life but unfortunately she died. WE SHOULD GIVE EQUAL RIGHTS TO WOMEN.Technology has changed , everything has changed but the mindset of some people has not changed. Today also they think women are of no use.Still women are unsafe and unwanted. The six men who raped her should be hanged to death. We CAN stop these crimes only when people change their minds. Government should make strict laws against the rapist .Women are not for the pleasure of men or for their entertainment .Women and men are both equal .Today in our country women also work and take care of their family and house .Then why should we not respect them .We should respect women and be good citizens.
A person doing a crime CANNOT BE STATED AS JUVENILE !!! Just because he is 17 doesnt mean that he should not be given the same punishment as other accused
What is the country that i live in?
With no equality
And the What is this country that I live in?
quality of life
Differs from husband to wife
Boy to girl, brother to sister
Hey Mister, are you the same?
Contributing to the national shame
Replacing your mothers
With the bent ideology of another’s
perception that women have a particular role in society
Fills my heart with anxiety
Where is all of this going?
What will emerge from these seeds that we’re sowing?
It makes my head spin
But I’m not giving in
Will keep asking the question
What is this country that I live in?
Good going boys and girls! I am so proud of all my students at Studyhall, Vidyasthali and Prerna. I think you are the ones who will change the world and make it a hospitable place for girls – your daughters will feel wanted, safe and equal! Please include as many of your friends as you can in the conversations you are having. Let us change as many mindsets as we can!
Blessings

Let’s keep our spirit and vitality alive for each of those girls who have gone through this. Let’s reserve an iota of anger for each of those victims who are still fighting for justice. It will make this country of Mother Teresa and Mahatma Gandhi a safe place for women.
as i said earler, if we need a change firstly we need to belive in it .. !!
CHANGE for society is big thing .! lawmakers should understand their responsiblity .. !!
People, make people aware of their rights specilyy womens! tok to them ..!
and a person doing crime should be judage accordingly.. not on the basis of their age !
bcoz if a 17yr old boy can rape a girl who is 6 yrs elder then him n feel lyk a man then he shuld be given harder punishment so that he can understand
A RAPIST CANT NOT BE A REAL MAN .
RESPECT WOMEN . BE A MAN
No men rape girls to prove that ‘he is a MAN’ .what tempts a man to a rape is…………”(i don’t know as i never thought to rape someone[its so because i always was taught, raised in a healthy atmosphere 🙁 ]) other than that i never thought and never met a need to rape a girl .i am quite self centered and focused towards my works ,that i don’t have time to thinks any thing rubbish/cruel/unhealthy like “RAPE’
Changes occur by real experiences ,and those changes won’t be changed by other changes(government/mindsets/believes). Its just that we can bring a change only if we want and we feel the strong need of change that is”Girls too have lives in them, they too must be valued equally like boys are’
