- Scale SHEF’s impact - both literacy and life outcomes (transition to higher education and work, reduced child marriage and gender based violence, increase agency) - to an additional 1.12 million children
- Transform 22,000 more educators into changemakers
- Deepen and widen SHEF’s network across the states of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh
- Increase SHEF’s youtube channel’s subscribers to 200,000
- Over 1900 government schools would be practicing SHEF’s gender curricula
- Partner with the government to implement NEP 2020 focusing on education for gender and social justice
- Collaborate with 20 civil society partners and campaign against child marriage and gender-based violence
- Increase community engagement by setting up over 150 community-based centers in regions with limited or no access to schools
- In addition we will continue to play a leadership role and influence and support - while also learning from - the feminist and education ecosystem to spread our approach. Recent examples of this include:
- Training of 40 NGOs in Washington DC in 2019
- Through lectures and webinars, Dr, Sahni has embedded SHEF’s approach and philosophy in premier educational institutions such as Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institutes of Technology, Tata Institute of Social Sciences and many more.
